Unfortunately- this was a terrible experience ordering here. First I talked to someone on my order and gave my credit card information and they lost my order?! When I called the next day they were not reassuring and in fact turned it on me that i was the problem . The manager luckily found the order eventually but it is not a joke or should be treated lightly that I gave my credit card info over the phone and you lost my order and weren’t going to help me until I demanded to speak to someone else . Also , these flowers were for a really special cause and not cheap. Very unprofessional and the staff training overall because they were laughing and unprofessional twice while on the phone with them. Would never trust this business and very disappointed

I ordered a corsage from here and was extremely disappointed with the final result. I provided a reference photo of exactly what we wanted and paid extra for the requested details, but what we received looked nothing like it. The quality and overall appearance were honestly shocking. When multiple people’s first reaction was that it looked like a “Temu version,” that said everything. After seeing it, I requested a refund, but now we’re left scrambling to find something else the day before prom. This was a huge letdown for such an important event. Based on this experience, I would not trust them with any type of floral arrangement. Expectation vs reality. The flowers were just supposed to be blue

Thank you so much to the ladies at Hilldale Florist. They were absolutely amazing and worked closely with my mom to create a beautiful arrangement for my grandmother’s funeral. Despite the short turnaround time, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they truly understood what would work best for our situation. The arrangement was perfect, and their kindness and professionalism meant so much to our family. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of floral services.

I came at the last minute due to another florist cancelling my order. The young lady who helped me listened to what I wanted and added to a premade arrangement in the cooler to make it exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements!

My husband had gotten me flowers from Hilldale multiple times and usually the flowers are dead within 3 days but at least they are pretty. This time not only did all of the daisies die within 24 hours (they were folded over from the wire not being put on correctly) but they also had a ton of gnats on them. And the pricing has gotten outrageous, there’s no way this should have cost what he paid.
